CT Boucherie

Rio de Janeiro has just won another CT Boucherie to call its own.

The new steak house is located in the Botanical Garden neighborhood, under the command of Chefs Claude and Thomas Troisgros, and is the third unit of the chain, which you can also find in Leblon and Barra da Tijuca. From Monday to Friday the house offers executive lunch. The beef escalopes are served with a “rodizio style” side dishes. Another good option for lunch are the skewers that can be served in one or two units. Among the eight options, tenderloin in a herbs crust, octopus in garlic with parsley and lemon, and organic chicken breast with honey and quinoa.

In addition, the menu offers 15 selections of grilled meat, from lamb chop persillade to duck breast, through the prime rib, sliced sirloin and black angus rib eye. The now famous side dishes are also present, circling the room “rodizio style” in the hands of waiters. Among them are the roasted tomato stuffed with cheese, apple puree with passion fruit, creamy baroa potato puree, beet salad with gorgonzola, green beans with almonds, ratatouille and quinoa risotto with mushrooms.
